Karla joined the Solus Family in 2013 as a project manager, taking on the role as Lead PM & Operations Manager in 2016. Starting in the lighting industry in 2008, Karla has learned much and worn many hats, but says her current job role is her favorite. She continually looks for ways to better serve her factories, distributors, contractors, and co-workers, adding value to the everyday working life. A friend once created a mock profile for Karla as part of a web code class, and the bio read, “Grown in the damp Northwest. Knits the world softer. Lover of coffee, books, dogs, and chocolate.” All of which remains true.
