Darcy has been a Project Manager with Solus for over 13 years, bringing the same level of energy, commitment, and resourcefulness to each day as she did when she first stepped into the industry. Known for her ability to navigate and resolve jobsite challenges, Darcy specializes in keeping complex projects on track—often managing some of the largest and most demanding jobs at Solus.
Problem-solving is Darcy’s passion. Her talent for digging into the details, identifying issues, and crafting solutions is what makes her such a valuable part of the Solus team. For her, the team itself is a major source of motivation: “My coworkers are my family. I wouldn’t want to be here without them.”
Outside of work, Darcy is an avid dragon boat racer of 12 years, an enthusiastic traveler, scuba diver, and photographer. She also crafts, plays piano, and above all, loves spoiling her two granddaughters, Georgia and Melody. At home, she enjoys spending time with her beloved dogs, Buck and Paisley.
